Venus has been a valuable member of the NIH Research team for over five years. In her role at NIH Research, she serves as Director of Project Management and active consultant, working each campaign from inception to close. She has helped develop methods during campaigns to maximize results and provide improved reporting tools. She is conscious of detail and works closely with the client to achieve the highest customer satisfaction. She maintains awareness of the healthcare industry and government demands on the industry. Prior to joining NIH, Venus held the position of Business Development, Project Manager and Marketing Lead for epcSolutions, an RFID technology company, wherein she worked directly with Wal-Mart distributors to achieve RFID readiness. She also played an integral role in a number of tech start-up companies in the RFID, EDI and Asset management arena, implementing policies and procedures, developing company messaging and growing market awareness. She has developed lead generation and marketing efforts as well as orchestrated executive level partner engagements. Venus has held positions in technology companies for more than 20 years, from mobile data exchange to business process management. She has an extraordinary work ethic as well as an intimate knowledge of the healthcare system as a caretaker and practical home health provider. She is the mother of two amazing boys and enjoys a quiet life in the country, using technology to connect to the business world. Venus has a Bachelor of Science in Management from University of Phoenix.
