Our clients are highly esteemed, respected, well-educated, and extremely passionate about what they do. We work collaboratively as a team and it’s truly an honor to assist them. Helping them do even better is a major success.
What do you like most about the NIHR culture?
Everyone on the NIHR team is highly qualified and it is a privilege to work with professionals who bring significant strengths to the table. We support each other and share ideas and we’re a team here – not a hierarchy.
What do you appreciate about working with the NIHR Leadership Team?
I work with Robin, and she’s highly vested in the success of the team and works to match skill and talent sets to projects where both the individual and client will grow and be the most productive. I respect her as a teammate whose interest and involvement in the success of a project is paramount. She is extremely “hands-on” and although Robin manages the company as a whole – she does still make it seem like my projects are the only ones running. That is how involved with us as a team she is.
What do you think is your biggest business strength?
I’m solutions-oriented. Through careful analysis, I also identify where our clients’ work provides multiple benefits, which leads to increased success on their campaigns.
What are some successes or milestones you’ve achieved at NIH Research & Consulting?
I successfully manage several challenging, complex projects for some truly exceptional clients. Most recently, my team has delivered new opportunities representing over $3M in new business closed, and over $6.5M added to our clients’ pipelines in less than 10 months.
