We’re excited to celebrate that Joe McNamara, Senior Consultant, is celebrating 20 years on the NIH Research & Consulting (NIHR) team! Joe’s valuable skills, experience, and personality are key components to our success.

“Time flies when you’re having fun! I’ve been in this business for a long time, and NIHR is simply the best. We provide a different class of service and our team is outstanding. I truly enjoy providing positive results and supporting the amazing clients that we work with to achieve their goals.”Joe McNamara, Senior Consultant, NIH Research & Consulting

Joe’s tenured experience spans multiple specialties. He successfully implements campaigns related to finance, revenue cycle, supply chain management, learning management solutions, clinical review, in addition to HIPPA compliance and regulation. He also possesses in-depth knowledge in radiology and imaging, surgical services, physician practice management, and decision support.

“Joe is truly a gem and we’re honored to have him on our team. Many of our clients personally ask for Joe on campaigns because he is such a people person, and of course, he exceeds every single client expectation time and time again.” – Robin Day & Cindy Kanstoroom, Managing Partners, NIH Research & Consulting

Joe provides expert solutions on numerous multimillion-dollar campaigns for a variety of clients, whether it’s a new product launch, software or technology solution or system. Joe truly shines in communications, discovery, campaign implementation, and assessing client goals and prospect psychology. Knowing which questions to ask is half the battle. And Joe does it every time, every step of the campaign. Joe has the special sauce to take a list of lost leads from a client sales team operating in the red and turn them into gold. He is that brilliant and part of what makes our amazing team so unique.

NIHR Managing Partner Cindy Kanstoroom recently presented Joe with a crystal commemorative statue and a bonus at a beachside dinner celebration near our Florida headquarters. Congratulations to Joe from all of us at NIHR!
