We’re excited to announce that our Executive Director of Finance and Administration, Susan Cohen, is celebrating 15 years with NIH Research & Consulting (NIHR)! Susan has been instrumental in the success of our company and operations and we are so proud to honor her amazing service and dedication. She is the glue that runs our well-oiled ship. Susan continues to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to improving our processes across the board.

In her 15 years of service that spans groundbreaking technological advances, Susan continues to identify and implement best practices for company processes and help NIHR maintain operational excellence. Susan works tirelessly to streamline the NIHR work flow and keep client finances in check. Cutting overhead costs is crucial to the success of any company, and Susan does it well. She also sourced integral solutions for our internal operations including our CRM database, server needs, file sharing systems, and helped us go entirely paperless in the process.
Managing Partners, Robin Day and Cindy Kanstoroom, held a socially-distanced ceremony to honor Susan. She was presented with a crystal commemorative statue, a reward bonus and of course….an NIHR branded gold watch! Congratulations to Susan from all of us at NIHR!
