This month’s NIH Research & Consulting Staff Feature is on Jessy Carlisle, Project Manager and Sr. Research Consultant. We welcomed Jessy to our team over 5 years ago. Jessy is a fantastic team member and plays an important role in our success. Jessy delivers quality results based on her expertise within the Healthcare Field as well as her ability to connect with her clients and help them identify and reach their goals
Why are you passionate about the Healthcare Industry?
I’m passionate about the healthcare industry because we help save people’s lives and help identify early risk factors to improve the industry. I enjoy integrating my technology background into the healthcare realm. With all of the changes happening in healthcare, it’s imperative to stay up to date.
What do you enjoy most about working with NIH Research & Consulting clients?
Every client that works with NIHR has innovative products and solutions. We are proud to work with them. We work with fantastic clients and we have great relationships with them. It’s a challenging job and I love developing solutions for our clients.
What do you like most about the NIHR culture?
Cindy and Robin really care. They promote a healthy work/life balance. I love my work, and I also love the people.
What do you think is your biggest business strength?
My biggest strength is getting things done. I never make excuses. Whatever I’m asked to do I get it done, no questions asked.
What are some successes or milestones you’ve achieved at NIH Research & Consulting?
Oftentimes, repeat clients specifically request to work with me again. This is a huge success to me.
“Co-workers like Jessy are what dream teams are made of. Competent, organized, likable, driven. You know if it’s on her radar, it gets done and done well. Our goal is to make sure she has what she needs to run an efficient and successful project, and then we get out of her way.” – Robin Day, Managing Partner, NIH Research & Consulting
Share with us a fun fact about you!
I know how to unicycle. When I was growing up, I learned at the YMCA. We’d go visit the elderly at nursing homes and do performances. Also, I love theme parks! The perfect day is going to a theme park and riding all the rides. In my free time, I spend as much time with my husband and my 3-year-old son and 6-month-old baby.
Congratulations to Jessy Carlisle from all of her colleagues at NIH Research & Consulting on Staff Feature of the month!
